About this property

Newly Renovated 3-BDR home with SAILBOAT access to Gulf in South Fort Myers

Enjoy this brand new completely remodeled home in South Fort Myers. Our home features a canal with a boat lift in the backyard allowing access to the Gulf. The Master King bedroom and private bathroom connects directly to sliding glass doors accessing the screened lanai. The Second Queen bedroom and the Third bedroom with Two Twin beds both have custom closets with plenty of room to hang clothing and store suitcases. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen bed and bedding if needed. The dining room has seating for 6 plus barstools at the waterfall edge quartzite countertop. There is a bonus room for laundry and small appliances for your enjoyment. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
