Located near the centre of the 1,000-year-old town of Tangermünde, you’ll find this house—built around 1900—which features a holiday rental and a naturopath’s office. The holiday apartment consists of a living room with a pull-out couch, a bedroom with a double bed, a small dining room (which can also be used as an office), a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a tub. The holiday rental is located on the ground floor (converted attic; “please note: steep stairs”). It was modernised in 2020. Since a small dog is occasionally in the house, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate pets in the holiday rental. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house. A covered smoking area is available outside the house. Free parking is available along the street. The holiday rental is designed to accommodate 2–4 people. A cot can be provided upon request. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Bed linens and towels are also included in the rental price. The city of Tangermünde charges a guest tax of 1 euro per day per person. This amount is due in cash upon arrival. Enjoy your stay. The well-maintained half-timbered historic centre of the 1,000-year-old imperial city of Tangermünde, with its restaurants and sights (City Hall, St. Stephen’s Church with the Scherer organ, and the castle complex) is within walking distance (about 500 m) and invites you to stay for several days. The harbour area, with its park benches, a café, and the Elbe River, is also just a leisurely stroll away. From the holiday apartment, you have a direct view of parts of the largely preserved city wall. Tangermünde also has an outdoor swimming pool (about 1,500 m away). Bicycle tours are possible to Jerichow Monastery and through the Elbe lowlands (Elbe Cycle Route). The train station and bus stop are 500 m away.
