Für die kalte Jahreszeit nicht geeignet.Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-In/-Out und KommunikationSchlecht: Matratzen müssten ausgetauscht werden (durchgelegen), keine effektive Verdunkelung und sehr spezielles Heizkonzept. Bedeutet: Zulauf für die Heizung erfolgt über ein Ventil, dass an einen Bewegungsmelder gekoppelt ist und zusätzlich scheinbar über eine Nachtabschaltung verfügt. Wer also nach einem Weihnachtsmarkt Besuch am Späten Abend zurück kommt, findet eine kalte Wohnung vor ( 16 C), die sich nicht heizen lässt.

Die angesprochene Regelung gibt es in unseren Zimmern. Leider reduzieren fast alle Gäste beim Verlassen der Pension nie die Heizung. Das ist inakzeptabel und für uns kostenintensiv. Unter diesen Voraussetzungen können wir den günstigen Preis nicht halten. In diesem Fall wurde in der Woche davor eine Wartung der Gastherme durchgeführt und dabei die Pumpenleistung auf das Minimum reduziert, nach Abschluss der Wartung aber nicht erhöht. Dadurch kam es in Abhängigkeit der Strömungsprofile und der geöffneten Heizkörperventile zu einem Verlust der Heizleistung bis zum Totalausfall.

Kurztrip in Dresden

Dresden ist sehr beeindruckend und mehr als nur eine Reise wert. Wir waren so froh, die Eindrücke in der ruhig gelegener Fewo, die so liebevoll gestaltet war, reflektieren zu können. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft von Fam. Rogge sehr empfehlen.

Ich würde die Wohnung nicht noch mal buchen.Die Eigentümer sind schon auf Gewinnmaximierung aus. Toilettensitz lose, dahinter nicht gereinigt, Heizung nur über Bewegungsmelder, unmöglich. Keine Sitzgelegenheit für Frühstück oder Essen. Eventuell kann man ja als Eigentümer noch beim Weichsspüler für die Handtücher sparen. Dann trocknen die wenigstens ab.

Die Pension Rose liegt etwas versteckt und dadurch sehr ruhig im Dresdener Stadtteil Cotta. Der Bus in die Stadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und verfügt über einen Balkon/Terrasse. Dazu gehört ein großes Bad und eine kleine Küche.. Die Räume waren sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden Ort. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt

Gute Unterkunft zum fairen Preis

Wir hatten einen 2 tägigen Aufenthalt. Die ruhige Lage hat uns gut gefallen, auch die Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück direkt am Objekt. Sehr praktisch der Check-in mit Schlüsselkasten, gerade wenn man von weiter weg anreist und nicht weiß wie man durchkommt, muss man sich nicht umständlich mit jemandem verabreden
