The layout includes one double bed in the main room and a second double bed in a private bedroom, making it an excellent option for friends or guests who prefer separate sleeping spaces.

Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you'll find plenty to see and do just minutes away.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are widely available.

The area is walkable, especially toward the beach and nearby dining.

Bike and scooter rentals are also common for short trips.



Other Things to Note:

-House rules must be read and agreed to before booking

-Primary guest must be 21+ to check in

-No smoking or parties allowed

-Guests must complete required check-in steps prior to arrival

-Only starter supplies are provided (toiletries, coffee, etc.)



-A refundable security deposit hold may be required prior to arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations)

-The hold is released after checkout provided no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are reported



-Parking is available for $18 + Tax per night, per reservation
