The "Sonnendecks 13" vacation rental is located on the first floor of the "Norderneyer Sonnendecks" building. The building was newly constructed in 2011 and is located on Jann-Berghaus-Straße. Apartment No. 13 can accommodate up to four people. The Kurplatz, the pedestrian zone, and several shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is only about 500 meters away.

The apartment was designed with an emphasis on bright, welcoming, and modern furnishings. The living room features an attached veranda, the “Refugium,” whose glass panels can be opened toward the street depending on the weather. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.90 meters in length. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
