Apartment with 75 sqm living space on the 1st floor

Our newly furnished vacation rental, with 75 square meters of living space on the first floor, accommodates 1–2 people. The cozy living room, featuring a couch, armchair, and smart TV, is a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, along with a large, cozy dining area, leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom features a large double bed, a spacious closet, a vanity, and a clothes rack. The bright, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub, a spa shower, and a towel warmer is perfect for relaxing. A separate toilet provides plenty of privacy. Of course, a modern washer-dryer is at your disposal. Outside, there’s a grill area with patio furniture and a cantilever umbrella where you can enjoy leisurely moments. You can, of course, use the Wi-Fi and the parking space right next to the house free of charge. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed for a small fee. A crib and bedding can be provided for a fee of 10 EUR.
