Inside, soaring ceilings and three fireplaces set an elegant tone. The custom chef’s kitchen flows into a beamed-ceiling family room with French doors to the pool, while the formal living and dining rooms are made for entertaining. Five bedrooms include a private home office and a sumptuous primary suite with fireplace, terrace, spa-style bath, and serene garden-to-Getty views. Five full baths throughout.

Stay well without leaving home: a fully equipped gym, private infrared sauna, and full outdoor Viking kitchen for al fresco dining. Smart home automation, an East Coast–style mudroom, and laundry with double machines round out the comforts.
