Agriturismo "Villa Adelmo" is located in Pomarance and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 110 m² property features a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower next to the entrance), accommodating up to 6 guests.



The property is private and exclusive, meaning the house, pool, and all surrounding space are entirely at your disposal. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room and all bedrooms except the one with a single bed), TV, fan, and washing machine. A baby cot is also available.



Enjoy a private outdoor area with a pool (open May to October) and a modern gazebo equipped with a table and chairs.



There are 6 parking spaces on the property and free parking along the access road and nearby.



One pet is allowed, available for an extra fee.

Fantastic house, wonderful host

Pros: Just everything, nothing was left. The house is in a quite location with beautiful view. The host is so friendly and helpful, we could really relax and enjoy the pool, and we’ve seen many tuscayan highlights like Siena, San Gimignano, Elba Island. Cons: Time was to short!

Super schön und sehr entspannt☀️

Pros: Es ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sind sehr fürsorglich. Hier kann man mit seiner Familie eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Für die Kinder ist es ein toller Ort zum Spielen und Entdecken. Man kann von dort aus problemlos mit dem Auto den Strand erreichen und abends durch die verträumten Gassen flanieren. Zu empfehlen ist auch eine Entdeckungstour zu Fuß. Da kommt man an Orte die nur zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.

Ein super tolles Haus zum entspannen.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr modern und extrem sauber, der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und macht alles möglich. Highlight der Private Pool ! Cons: Es gibt nichts negatives außer vielleicht die abgelegene Lage durch welche man immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Aber zum entspannen perfekt.

Pure Entspannung

Pros: Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus/Grundstück.Besonders sauber und ruhig. Es ist wirklich niemand da und man kann voll und ganz entspannen.Der private Pool,der sogar umzäunt ist hat das ganze perfekt gemacht.So konnten wir auch trotz Kleinkinder abschalten & uns nicht die ganze Zeit sorgen.Das war uns besonders wichtig. Es gibt ein schönes Badezimmer, welches auch behindertengerecht ausgestattet ist.Allerdings waren wir 6 Leute(4 Erw.& 2 Kinder).Da mussten wir das schon etwas planen.Draußen direkt neben der Küche gibt es zwar auch noch ein kleines Bad mit Nasszelle und Waschmaschine,allerdings haben wir da lediglich die Toilette & die Waschmaschine benutzt,aber nicht geduscht.Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Betten bequem.Stauraum ist durch die vielen Kommoden und Schränke ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Ein Zimmer hat (wie man auf den Bildern sieht)über der Türe eine Glasscheibe, genau wie das Bad, die an den Flur grenzen.Dadurch ist das Zimmer nie wirklich dunkel und etwas hellhörig. Hier steht ein Einzelbett, unsere Kinder haben es zusammen genutzt und sind sehr unempfindlich,deshalb störte sie das nicht. Die Küche hat gute Elektrogeräte,ist aber ansonsten spärlich ausgestattet. Aber das haben wir in anderen Bewertungen vorab schon gelesen und waren von daher gut vorbereitet. Ein Auto ist natürlich auch zwingend erforderlich,da es bis zum nächsten großen Supermarkt (und Strand) ca 45 min sind. Im Ort ca 15 min entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem mann auch das nötigste bekommt. Das alles ist aber nichts negatives,sondern soll lediglich als Information dienen. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Giulio und seine Eltern sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Für uns war es wie beschrieben und wir haben genau das gesucht und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Ons verblijf was heerlijk, met name de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren

Pros: De verhuurders waren heel erg vriendelijk. De eigenaar en zijn zoon waren altijd bereikbaar en erg attent. Het huis is mooi, goede airco, goed uitgeruste keuken met benodigdheden en een prachtig zwembad. Alles was netjes onderhouden en de omgeving was prachtig, omringd door de heuvels van Toscane. Cons: Alles is goed bevallen. De foto’s en omschrijving kwamen overeen met wat je hebt geboekt. Je zit midden in de natuur en komt goed tot rust

Tolles Objekt, gute Mischung aus modern und rustikal.

Pros: Wunderbar gelegener Pool auf einem schönen Anwesen mit freundlichem Gastgeber. Cons: Küchenausstattung (Gläser, Auflaufform, Kochbesteck) könnte umfangreicher sein, aber das ist quasi Toskana typisch und jammern auf hohem Niveau.

La tranquillitá perfetta

Pros: La casa situa in una zona molto tranquilla. La mattina viene pulita sempre la piscina. Sergio fa i suoi lavori e noi abbiamo goduto la villa e la piscina splendida…la villa era molto pulita e curata come anche la piscina. La Natura é il top perché si é immersi veramente nella natura… Sergio é stato molto gentile. L‘olio di oliva é il vino di produzione propria é veramente buonissimo… grazie di tutto Cons: Per arrivare a i posti piu importanti e belli da vedere come arrivare al mare, a Firenze a Castiglione della pescaia ci vuole su per giú sempre un oretta… un po peccato perché la villetta con la piscina é veramente splendida… per arrivare alla villa ci saranno molti curvoni…
