Die tolle Lage und Aussicht, die umfangreiche Ausstattung. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine tolle geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten ( Kaffetabs, Kleine Marmelade etc ) rundeten dieses tolle Apartment ab. Meine Frau und ich sind begeistert und wollen auf alle Fälle dort wieder Urlaub genießen.

Die Wohnung entspricht authentisch ihrem Namen: Kleines Seeapartment, mit einer perfekten Ausstatt..
Die Wohnung entspricht authentisch ihrem Namen: Kleines Seeapartment, mit einer perfekten Ausstattung und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Top Lage unmittelbar am Seeufer, fußläufige Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums von Überlingen bzw. des Ortsteils Nußdorf. Schöner großer Balkon mit beindruckendem Seeblick. Parksituation etwas schwierig, wir hatten Glück, dass immer einer der wenigen Parkplätze an der Straße unmittelbar davor frei war/wurde. Leider gehört keiner der Parkplätze auf dem Hof zu Wohnung, diese waren im Aufenthaltszeitraum zu 2/3 frei und hätten bei Absprache sicherlich tageweise genutzt werden können. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden sie sicher wieder buchen. Abwicklung durch FeWO-Bodensee sehr professionell und TOP!
