Can Corem is a stunning luxury villa located in the countryside near the town of Manacor. The Rafa Nadal Academy and Sports Centre is also located in the town and offers the best sports facilities and his famous museum. The other bedroom with sitting area is located on the lower floor with direct access to the pool area.

It has a modern swimming pool with incredible views of the famous Pere Seda vineyards. Outside the residence, the jewel of the property is the swimming pool measuring 11,00 by 5,50 metres with a shallow area for the relaxation and enjoyment of the youngest ones. The pool is surrounded by natural grass and stone floors with modern lighting which is also present throughout the property. You will have garden furniture at your disposal to enjoy the sun and the pool as well as the convenience of a gas grill.
