Beautiful countryside location surrounded by fields and flowers. Loved location. All individual apts were in one bldg w/own bathrooms and kitchens. Near the Baltic Sea. Play equipment and house for children. Hostess was very patient with payment arrangements which hit a snag or two. Offered the towels for free when I asked where we could buy some since we didn’t want to pack any. We had a group of 13 adults and it accommodated us very well. A few unexpected things:—We were there for midsummer so it got pretty warm/stuffy inside. There is air but it’s very weak. —Recommend bug spray. Some of the apartments had issues with bugs and spiders (you are completely surrounded by fields of greenery and flowers).—The checklist for checkout that we discovered upon arrival was very extensive and took a couple of hours to complete in each apartment: dusting, mopping, toilet and shower scrubbing, sorting and disposing trash etc. something we’ve never had to do before at a VRBO. And fairly inconvenient because we had to leave at 6am to catch a train in Malmo which is 1 1/2 hours away. So plan ahead!—The hostess texted later that morning to ask where we were and apparently we had missed a checkout/inspection of some kind which I also was unaware of — it was not mentioned in the checkout instructions that I could see (something else I have never been required to do in years of renting properties). Might want to clarify that upon check in to allow yourself sufficient time.
