très decevant

il n'y a pas de vrai lit ,pas de chambre séparée ,on dort sur un matelas canapé et le deuxième sur le matelas du coffre par terre de très mauvaise qualité pas génial pour un couple sombre car store ban cassé en position déplié Environ 70 marches à monter pour atteindre l'appartement piscine très bien Studio dans son jus mais aussi très sale et mal entretenue

Chère Rachel, Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Ce studio ne possède effectivement pas de chambre séparée et un lit gigone se trouve dans le séjour, comme indiqué dans notre description. Nous avons inspecté les matelas et nous confirmons qu'ils sont de qualité standard et qu'ils ne sont pas abîmés. Le store sera réparé dans les plus brefs délais et nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée. Enfin, nous regrettons que la qualité du ménage n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes malgré le travail effectué en amont de votre arrivée et que vous n’ayez pas sollicité notre assistance durant votre séjour. Notre équipe aurait été ravie d’intervenir une seconde fois afin d’assurer votre confort, elle a par ailleurs été informée de vos remarques afin de garantir plus de rigueur à l'avenir.
