You can easily reach the building’s wellness area (swimming pool, sauna) in your dressing gown via the lift. A separate bedroom with a double bed and TV is at your disposal. The living area is equipped with a seating area and a 70-inch UHD Smart TV. The apartment features a separate kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and more. There is a separate dining area. A beautiful bathroom with a shower, toilet, and large mirror rounds out the holiday apartments. Ideal conditions for 1 to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Binz. A parking space in the underground garage for vehicles up to 1.85 m in height is included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Villa a cappella
At Villa a cappella, we rent out the 2-room holiday apartments A2, B3, B5, and C2, as well as the 3-room apartments A3, A6, and B4. Inside the building, you can relax in the wellness oasis with a swimming pool (4 x 8 metres) and a sauna*. An lift provides barrier-free access to every floor of the building. A washing machine* and an electric dryer* are available for your use in the building. You can park your car in the underground garage, which has a height limit of 1.85 metres (for apartments A2, A3, A6, B3, B4, and B5). For apartment C2, an outdoor parking space with no height restriction is available next to the underground garage.
Our apartments are fully equipped for 1 to 4 people, and our 3-room apartment B4 is suitable for 2 to 6 people.
The Baltic Sea is only about 250 metres away. Our apartments are located in a central yet quiet area.
