Our vacation apartment at Residenz Dünenstraße is located in the heart of Binz. It’s just a few steps to the fine sandy beach. Restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops (including those for daily necessities), the Kurhaus, and the pier are all in the immediate vicinity. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Our apartment is located on the side of the building. This means you’ll hardly notice the street traffic (a traffic-calmed side street). That’s why you can enjoy a peaceful vacation with us.
You can conveniently park your car (up to 1.5 meters in height) in the underground parking garage.

If additional services (e.g., pets and/or laundry packages) were selected but not charged in the booking confirmation, the host must manually add them later. Currently, the price is EUR 20.00 per pet per night and EUR 25 per laundry package per person. Please contact us if the pet(s) (max. 3) or the laundry packages are not listed at this price in the booking confirmation.

Free Wi-Fi and 1 parking space for vehicles up to 1.50 m in height are included in the price!

With approximately 40 m² of living space, a cozy and modern atmosphere awaits 1 to 3 guests. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and an oven positioned for back-friendly use, both rooms feature large cable TV sets. The high level of comfort is rounded out by underfloor heating throughout the apartment, a balcony, and a walk-in shower.
