Host was very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating! The rental property was perfect for a large group and was very well organized. Everything that you could think of was available at the home to have a fun/relaxing time. For other necessities the property is conveniently nearby a major shopping center and other attractions! I would recommend and book again!

We came down to Arizona from WA state to plan our father's funeral and host for our immediate family. Because this was a whirlwind itinerary that we were planning by the seat of our pants, I was thrilled to find this listing in Peoria. We had family coming in and out from all over and it was a perfect location to get us under one roof. Mark was gracious enough to allow us to have the after funeral after gathering which we knew he did not have to do that. It made the planning so much easier in an otherwise stressful time. While not a party pee se this is a spot for everyone. From the pool table, ping pong table, pool, horshoes, firepit. There is something for everyone. Of all ages. Kitchen has all the necessities to make a family dinner as well as the bbq outside which we definitely used a couple of times. Beautifully decorated, beds are very comfy and tvs everywhere so if you want to haideout for some alone time, you can. Anything thst came up, Mark responded immediately. Neighborhood is gorgeous and wildly quiet. We will be renting again for sure! Zero complaints.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. I am very sorry for the loss of your father, and I am glad our home provided a comfortable and quiet space for your family to gather during a difficult week. It was no trouble at all to accommodate the after-funeral gathering, and I am happy to hear everyone enjoyed the amenities. You were wonderful guests, and you are welcome back anytime.

One of the best stocked properties we've stayed at. We would recommend due to the small details... toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, a small stock of laundry detergent, etc. The small details make a difference, when spending this much it's the right thing to provide some of the basics for your guests and this property did so. Communication with the property manager was excellent - prompt and helpful. The property was in good condition and clean.

The property was simply an oasis! It had lots of spaces to hang out and chill for the weekend. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen is amazing. the outdoor space was incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, by the pool and playing a little putt putt. Great spot for girls' weekends or family gatherings. There is beautiful 2 mile trail through Deem Park that is accessible literally right outside the front door.
