Charming Arc 1800 Apartment with Pool and Stunning View

Charming, cozy, and functional apartment with a balcony, perfect for 2 to 4 guests. Located in a quiet residence with secure badge access and a south-facing heated outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi. All shops and activities in Les Arcs are just steps away.



The apartment is bright and offers breathtaking valley views, ideal for a friendly aperitif. Perfect for couples or friends, it features a comfortable mezzanine with a king-size bed (160x200 cm), accessible by ladder-style stairs, and a very comfortable corner sofa bed (140x200 cm). Pillows and duvets are provided; please bring your own sheets.



The living room coffee table can be extended to seat up to 8 for meals (please use a tablecloth or placemats). The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and everything you need to prepare meals.



This is our little winter retreat—please take care of the equipment provided. You’ll find some games under the TV for rainy days.



The building is ideally located, close to the village and hiking trails. The residence is very peaceful, and you can enjoy the heated outdoor pool and sunshine in July and August only.

L'appartement est bien placé sur la station, il est convenable pour 2 personnes mais il manque d'entretien et de fournitures.
