Basic Necessities

The location was great and the condo was very clean. However, they only provided 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and would not provide anymore which was a great inconvenience and highly annoying. Would rather stay in a hotel that provides basic necessities.

We do provide an initial starter kit of essentials at the beginning of each stay. However, if we had known there was only half a roll available, we would have gladly sent additional supplies to ensure your comfort. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve both our preparation and communication. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother and more comfortable stay in the future.

Beautiful view!!

Great place to stay!! Our only suggestions are that the mattress on bed could stand to be flipped- no hot water in kitchen sink and bathroom sink very slow to drain. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work & I’d already made a special trip to purchase the pods for it- that was kind of a bummer but at least there was a coffee bar in the lobby.
