*Downtown Austin, Moody Arena, Zilker Park, and The University of Texas Campus & Stadium are all minutes away. Walkable location to coffee shops, breakfast tacos, convenience stores, restaurants, and more! Pease Park, Shoal Creek Greenbelt, and Caswell Tennis Center are all minutes away.

Amenities include: Google Fiber internet, Washer/Dryer, and two free parking spots in a covered garage! Enjoy the lights on the balcony while the sun sets with an excellent city view, queen beds w/ mattress toppers, long mirrors, and walk-in closets! Each room has a full bath and access to the balcony.

Additionally, the unit has a 58-inch smart TV, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a leather couch or air mattress available for extra guests. Sound machines and earplugs are provided! The entire unit and balcony are accessible and exclusive to only you for your stay.

Feel free to park anywhere in the parking garage (with parking pass on vehicle dashboard). Lime/Bird scooters available for rent. Safe and convenient bike paths and trails located just off-premise (Shoal Creek Greenbelt). Ubers/Lyft readily available.

Reach out via the app if you need anything at all! Located conveniently in central Austin where the neighborhood is welcoming and close to all the action! Downtown and 6th St are minutes away. Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Auditorium Shores, Lady Bird Lake, and the Capital of Texas are all within a 2-mile radius.

Cozy & Clean Rental

The rental was clean, spacious, and featured wonderful views of the skyline and sunset from the balcony. The air conditioning and fans were very much appreciated during the heat wave. Check-in and check-out was easy.

great location! Good layout for couples

The unit was exactly as described. The balcony was nice to hang out on in the evening. We would definitely stay here again if needed.

Great Girls Weekend!

This apartment is too cute! It met all our needs and was in walking distance to our event. Cannon & Misty were great at communicating with me and that is much appreciated. The apartment was very well cleaned! We look forward to coming back one day!

Quick One Night for Ring Ceremony

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected. A little hiccup with the entry code but it didn't take long to get it taken care of since hosts were responsive.

Fabulous stay!

Great stay for us! Comfy two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms which was great. We loved the vibe and location. Hosts were great and responsive! Great property. Would absolutely stay there again!

Convenient Location and Great Price

This was perfect for our weekend trip to Austin. It was located in a great spot near west campus and was very comfortable for my friends and I! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect for future college students

Me and my daughter stayed for a UT summer camp. Perfect location and layout for our week long stay. The beds were very comfortable (big plus!). Property Manager was very responsive to our questions and feed back. Definitely will consider another stay at this property.

Nice with convenient location

Property was exactly as advertised. Neat and clean 2 bedroom student apartment. Convenient location for UT campus and Texas Capitol. Several restaurants for all 3 meals within walking distance. Would definitely stay again, more comfortable and more character than a chain hotel.

Quick Visit

We came into Austin for a family visit. Property was well situated amidst the college town. Clean, well stocked with the essential s and very comfortable. Loads of good food around within walking distance. Very close to downtown for shopping. Loved it, and wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we will!

Summer in Austin

Overall, our experience was great for my kids and me. We wanted a place close to the university that was walkable and had nearby restaurants. The apartment has a great layout, and the balcony is awesome with so much space—that's probably one of the things I enjoyed the most. Covered parking is huge for us as well, and Misty and Cannon were very responsive, which I certainly appreciate.

Staying near Univ of Texas campus

Good location is you are visiting someone at the University of Texas. Many students live in the complex. Music was loud into the early morning hours. My husband car was towed as we unpacked his car. My car was hooked up to be towed as well. Not even enough time to find apartment, get pass and get tags hung on mirrors. Frustrating as it was not even 20 mins..

Comfortable Apartment

Everything was as pictured. The only downfalls were the low water pressure in one restroom and the elevator was broken so climbing up from lower level of garage up to this unit with bags, luggage and a sleepy 7 year old wasn’t easy when we checked in. Rooms were a tad dusty. We also had to lock all windows since they were all unlocked. Check in message said fridge would have refreshments and it didn’t so don’t count on that.

Terrible. First of all this is student housing, which should be disclosed in the description. The techno music from the unit below was so loud the floor was vibrating and the knick knacks on the living room shelves were shaking. This went on from about 10pm until 5am. BOTH NIGHTS. We learned from the neighbors that this was a band that rehearses their drums all night long. Unbelievable that the building permits this. The bath/shower was badly mildewed. The cover for the ceiling vent in the bathroom was missing, so wads and wads of toilet paper were crammed into the opening. The second bedroom sink never drained. The towels were mis-matched garage sale rejects well beyond worn out. The pillows were the equivalent depth and comfort of a tee shirt folded into a pillow case. There was no top sheet on the bed. The whole thing was cringy and we would have been more clean & comfortable sleeping in our car!

Dirty and gross

Dead cockroach in the corner, blood stain on the mattress pad, broken bed, saggy mattress, old pillows that gave me a rash, filthy oven, dirty windows, and it's across the street from a frat house. I complained and sent pictures to the owner. They offered no compensation and no help except an offer to mop and bring new sheets. We left and went to a hotel.

If you value sleep do NOT stay at this property! To start, the condo is located across a Fraternity House and there is a lot of partying going on at night. Laughing and screaming at all hours of the night. Besides this the insulation is horrible. The doors to the balcony dont close properly and it feels as if you are outside. On Friday and Satuday night we got no sleep at all due to outside noise and the apartment below playing very loud music and using a subboofer. The banging did not stop until after we called the police. Sat. night there was still banging going on and so much screaming outside it was impossible to sleep again. We did some of our own investigating and determined the apartment below is an issue playing video games with a subboofer all night. We also told the host that there were stains on the sheet, one of the bedrooms had almost zero water pressure, they had old towels, and the condo simply looked dingy. Their dish sponge looked like it has seen months of use and was not replaced. We did not expect that we would not sleep during our stay. It was so bad Friday night that we missed all our planned morning activities on Saturday. We informed the host of all this and they advised us they would give us a refund, but once we left today they wanted to hold us hostage by telling us that they would only do so if we do not write a review. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE SLEEP, CLEANLINESS AND YOUR SURROUNDINGS. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP
