The bright living area, featuring a sleeper sofa and an integrated kitchenette, creates a cozy atmosphere for shared vacation moments. In the separate bedroom, a high-quality box-spring bed ensures exceptional sleeping comfort and restful nights.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and offers additional comfort during your stay. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the common area of the underground parking garage. The apartment also includes underground parking space No. 41.

The six houses offer cozy vacation apartments for 2–6 people and are ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Depending on the apartment, you can enjoy your stay on a balcony or terrace, some of which even offer views of the Baltic Sea. A special highlight: The swimming pool and sauna at the neighboring recreation center can be used during their respective hours of operation—and for some apartments, even free of charge. Dogs are also welcome in select apartments. Beach access, relaxation, and that Baltic Sea vibe—all right at your doorstep!
