Relax on your private balcony at the Heringsdorf Pier! Renovated in 2023 and furnished in a modern style, this one-room holiday apartment features a double box-spring bed, a small sofa, two armchairs with a round table, and a smart TV. The living and sleeping area also offers plenty of space for your clothes and has direct access to the balcony with seating, where you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The open kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a large mirror with a vanity mirror. For your personal comfort, bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent are included as a starter kit. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. In front of the house, there are only loading and unloading parking spaces; as an alternative, we offer discounted parking passes for the local car park in Heringsdorf at current rates. You’ll receive the parking pass upon arrival at our service office. In the basement of the Seebrücke, a lockable bike storage room and a small laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available to you free of charge.
