Our vacation rental is located on the first floor of a residential building with three units. This older apartment has approximately 75 square meters of living space. The vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A parking space, a carport, and a bicycle storage area are included with the vacation rental. There is also a chicken coop on the property. A barbecue area is available. The apartment on Lake Neukloster has three rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room, with laminate flooring, is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a modern wall unit, a floor lamp, and a couch that converts into a bed. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a bookshelf; another room is furnished with a single bed. The apartment is designed for and can be booked for 3 adults or, alternatively, 2 adults and 2 children. The large kitchen with dining area is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bed linens are included in the room rate. Towels can be booked separately or brought from home. Neukloster in the Sternbergersee Nature Park: Located directly on Lake Neukloster and surrounded by extensive forests, 23 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar, 40 km from Schwerin, and 45 km from Rostock, with excellent access via highways and country roads. A bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and other shops are located in the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental.
