The Neighborhood:

This home sits on the eastern edge of Waikoloa Village, just half a mile north of the Waikoloa Village Golf Club (the second-oldest golf course on the Big Island). You'll be eight miles inland from Anaeho'omalu Beach, shopping and dining at Queens' MarketPlace, and sunset drinks at Lava Lava Beach Club, and 13 miles south of the beautiful oceanfront setting of Hapuna Beach State Park.

Wonderful

Entire single family home in a quiet community. Access to nearby recreational center and pool. Great accommodations. Good for families and friends. Will gladly stay here again when visiting the Big Island!

Great place

A great place to stay - especially if you have more than a few people in your group. Plenty of open space, large rooms, and great location to hit Kona or up over to Waimea. Highly recommend!

We loved this house! It was clean, roomy, and we liked staying in the neighborhood rather than at a resort. Although it got pretty hot inside, the midafternoon breezes cooled the house well.

Wonder Vacation location

House was clean, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. All aspects of the reservation and check-in process was easy and efficient. We loved the covered carport, motion-detector lights downstairs, big yard, airy lanai, and so many birds!

Nice accomadations north of Kona and avoiding resort costs

Good location. Stark and minimal accomadations but were were comfortable for three nights. Needs more attention to details; minor issues with lights not working, dirty/moldy shower curtain, and intermittent TV cable.

Amazing location. Not the cleanest. No A/C

We had a truly incredible time in this home. Great place for a family get-together. But definitely not the cleanest. Could use some good scrubbing and some new couches. Also, no A/C, but plenty of fans to keep cool at night.

Wonderful vacation home

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and had a wonderful hill view of the ocean. There is mo A/C but with the fans and open windows the house was very comfortable. The lanai with the hammock was a very spot to sit and look out to the ocean. The house also provides beach towels, snorkeling equipment and other beach accessories. The house is a good size and well spaced out. Beautiful!

Perfectly beautiful home!

Besides being a gorgeous place with AMAZING views of the ocean AND the mountains, this home was just perfect for my family of 6. So cozy, so clean, and everyone had the space they needed. The neighborhood was quiet but still family-oriented. Vacasa was very responsive too when we needed some help. I saved this home in my favorites because I want to go back again and again!
