You’ve landed in the most desirable location on the island. Fairway Villas is the best complex within Waikoloa Beach Resort due to its amazing views and perfect location near everything you'll want or need!

Only an 18 min walk to one of the best white-SAND beaches on the island - Anaeho'omalu Beach “A-Bay”. Upscale restaurants, shopping, food court, groceries, and even a farmer’s market are located at the King’s Shops and Queens’ Marketplace - both just a 7 min walk away.

Heated infinity-edge saltwater pool, hot tub, fitness room, and grilling area are all included in the condo amenities and available to guests. Golf can be played for an additional cost.

2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit. The master bedroom has a new Cal King Beautyrest firm mattress & new Tempur-Pedic topper for optimal comfort & support. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be easily pushed together. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room and a full-sized folding floor mattress, which can be used on top of the sofa bed for extra comfort or on the floor.

With new quiet Bosch central AC and comfortable beds, this unit is as luxurious as a hotel but with all the amenities of home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to whip up a mouth-watering meal. Your hosts are cooks themselves, so they’ve provided everything you might need.

Beach & pool items such as boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc are provided. However, specific selection and quantities are not guaranteed.

Amazing views of the golf course await you while you relax in your private lanai.

Oh gosh, where do I start. This condo was absolutely everything our family needed. Comfy beds, safe quiet clean and friendly gated community. So much space in the condo, fast WiFi, TVs, fully stocked kitchen, cool AC, with everything and more! My farm boys enjoyed waking up early and watching the maintenance men on the golf course prep the grounds (they were not loud at all) Our host was quick to respond, getting in and out was simple and easy. My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer! You will not be disappointed in this condo. Our host outdid themselves! Mahalo 3

Hawaii trip

The owner was so polite. The place was immaculate. It was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Definitely a beautiful you can tell the owner. Made sure there was so many extras. We’ve been coming for six years and we left the idea that it was straight in on the bottom floor. Always a great stay is my favorite and walking to King and Queen walk to the beach and watch the sunset.

Amazing condo - wonderful host!

I have been staying at Fairway Villas condos every year for 15 years now and this was one of my top favorite units. It was definitely the most well-stocked condo I have stayed in! The kitchen was stocked with various spices, oils and condiments, as well as seran wrap and baggies (which is rare but very appreciated!) There was also plenty of paper towels, laundry pods, etc. There are also lots of beach chairs, toys, a beach umbrella and backpack cooler bag for use if you are going to A-bay or other nearby beaches, as well as a basket full of beach towels for use. The unit is nicely decorated and cofortable. I loved being able to sit on the lanai in the morning and drink my coffee while watching the sunrise!! Chris, was wonderful to work with! I had several questions before my stay and he was always quick to reply and super accommodating, ensuring that we had a great stay! Check in was smooth and easy with clear instructions and keyless entry. I will definitely look to book this unit again for my next visit. Mahalo Chris for allowing us to enjoy your place during our stay in Waikoloa :-)

Great for the price

This is great property for the price! I stayed in many places in this area. Most of them fail at two basic things: * Proper bed (most of them looked like found in a dumpster) * Proper AC (that is quiet and does not wake you up at night). This place nailed it. Comfortable bed and 2 stage AC that is very quiet at night. We spend all the time outside, so this is pretty much all we need from a rental :) The only downside I can think of is foot steps you can hear from the unit above, but it is possible we got unlucky with renters above us. Unit was clean, and did not feel dated. Everything was great. Would come back. If owner is open to suggestions, I would ditch old-school TV cabinet furniture (both living room and bedroom). I know it is pretty common in this resort area, but they take so much space and absolute eye sore :) Oh, shower head sucks :), but I never seen a good one in this resort. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Waikoloa. The property was exactly as advertise, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was a huge plus, with easy walking access to nearby shops and just a short distance to the beach.The pool area was beautiful and wellkept, though it felt a bit small for the size of the property, and it could get crowded at times. I’d recommend heading there earlier in the day to fully enjoy it.Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back!

I've stayed in 3 similar ground floor units at Fairwood Villas and this was the best. Well stocked, nice furniture, good lighting, and an attentive manager. I'd recommend the unit!
