Lage TOP 👍

Es handelt sich hier um eine Wohnung in einer Art Reihenhaus. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten und bis zum Zentrum läuft man ca. 15 Minuten am Deich entlang. Den Garten konnten wir aufgrund der vielen Mücken nicht nutzen. Wir waren dankbar, dass die meisten Fenster mit Mückenschutznetzen ausgerüstet sind. Die Wohnung ist über 3 Etagen. Küche uns Wohnzimmer befinden sich im EG. Schlafzimmer und Bad und kleiner Witschaftsraum F im 1. OG und ein weiteres Zimmer mit kleineren Betten im 2. OG. Im 1. und 2. OG gibt es kein W-LAN und der Fernsehempfang ist mäßig, immer wieder gestört. Der WC-Deckel ist nach wie vor wackelig und mit der Duschbrause in der Wanne stimmt auch was nicht. Einige Glühbirnen sind defekt und in der Fernbedienung für die Deckenleuchte sind die Batterien leer. Die Sauberkeit ist so lala. Die Spinnenweben inkl. Spinnen habe ich nicht entfernt, aber so manche Ecken habe ich erstmal geputzt. Der Strandkorb hatte noch keinen Frühjahrsputz. Es gibt einige Mankos, trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
