Old "rustico" cottage, 3 storeys, detached, renovated in 2023. 3 km from the centre of Dego, 7 km from the centre of Cairo Montenotte, 25 km from the centre of Savona, in a secluded, sunny position, 25 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool (above ground) round (4 m diameter, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 7 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop 10.9 km, railway station "Cairo Montenotte" 7 km. Please note: car recommended.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating.
