The modern and brightly furnished one-room “Kleine Idylle” apartment is designed for two people, located on the mezzanine level of the building, and measures approximately 35 m².

The spacious living/sleeping area features a comfortable, high-quality sofa bed (160x200 cm) with a Bultex mattress, a TV, a stereo system, and a cosy dining area.

From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which features seating and a beautiful view of the garden.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The functional bathroom features a walk-in shower and a sink. The entryway is brightly decorated and offers storage space.

A parking space is located directly next to the building.
