It features a cozy living-dining area with a smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a radio with CD player, and a double sofa bed. The built-in kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, grill, and a glass-ceramic cooktop for a perfect self-catering experience. The bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed. The modern shower room/toilet rounds out this vacation home.
Beach chair (No. 2026) included from May 15 to September 15 when renting the Bade unit. This is a voluntary, complimentary additional service. If this service is not provided—even at short notice—there is no entitlement to a reduction in the rental price.
The parking space on the right in front of the house is included with the apartment. No pets! Non-smoking apartment.


Complex:

The beautiful residential complex is located right on the beach. Only Bäderstraße separates the complex from direct beach access. A pedestrian bridge leads safely there. Those who vacation here feel at home and find pure relaxation. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the newly redesigned beach promenade with activity zones, relaxation areas, restaurants, and the fine-sand beach with beach chairs. A parking space is available.
