This modern Provençal villa welcomes you in a privileged setting on the heights of Cabrières d'Avignon, at the edge of the cedar forest and facing the Luberon mountains. Peace and tranquility are assured in this cul-de-sac. You can walk to the typically Provençal village with its local shops: tobacconist, grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, and bakery. You are only 5 minutes by car from Gordes and 15 minutes from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known as the Provençal Venice.



Mas Mayflower offers you a very large, bright living room opening onto a huge terrace protected by a bioclimatic pergola. An adjoining laundry room and a separate toilet complete this ground floor of over 100 m², fully air-conditioned with underfloor heating for optimal comfort. Upstairs, facing south, you will find a master suite with dressing room, bathroom with shower and toilet, two large bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. Underfloor air conditioning, new 160x200 bedding, provided linens, and ample storage ensure a pleasant stay. At the foot of the terrace, a 7.5 x 3.5 m pool with beach (hydrolysis and PH regulator, chlorine-free) and a tree-lined garden invite you to relax. Hammock under the oaks for naps, deckchairs, and parking available in the house's park or on Chemin des Cabanes. Peace and tranquility guaranteed!
