Unfortunately, there will be occasional disruptions (noise, etc.) during the construction phase. The southwest-facing balcony invites you to enjoy sunny hours and cozy evenings outdoors, while the north-facing balcony offers a pleasant, quiet atmosphere—perfect for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.<br><br>The bright living area forms the heart of the apartment. A cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for one person. The open-concept kitchen is practically equipped, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay.<br><br>The apartment features two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with two single beds—ideal for families or friends traveling together.<br><br>The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, ensuring additional comfort during your stay.<br><br>Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Pets are welcome, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the vacation too. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.<br><br>A parking space in the underground garage is available to ensure a convenient arrival. The spacious vacation apartments in the “Aquamarin” apartment building accommodate 2–5 people and are ideal for couples and small families. Each apartment features a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and unwind at the end of the day. An elevator provides convenient access to all floors, while the underground parking garage offers secure parking. Pets are also welcome in select apartments.
