Bookings for 7 guests are only accepted for families. The property offers 3 on-site parking spaces and free street parking. One pet is allowed for an extra fee; please inform the host in advance. Smoking is not permitted.



There is no air conditioning, but the stone walls keep the house cool in summer. Fans are provided. Water-saving systems are installed. Minimum booking age is 25. No parties or events allowed. Firewood for the fireplace and charcoal are available for an extra fee and always upon request.
