Es hat uns sehr gut in diesem Objekt gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein kleines Manko, die Schlafzimmertür quietschte. Das ist aber sicher schnell behoben. Wir konnten schöne Tage in Zingst erleben. Dafür sagen wir Danke. Ute Kritz und Karl Heinz Heinecke aus Weißenfels.

Schöne Lage und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Balkon war auch gemütlich.

Kurzbewertung

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ok,auch wenn man einige wenige Dinge kritisieren kann. Der Reinigungsservice (vor Check In) könnte etwas besser sein. Die Schrägwand im Wohnzimmer müsste mal gestrichen werden (viele Flecken). Im Küchenschrank stehen Gewürze,die 2009 (!) bzw. 2016 (!) abgelaufen sind. Und das WLAN ist leider viel zu schwach mit immer wiederkehrenden Aussetzern. Sollte 2025 nicht mehr so sein! Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. :-)

Bei zwei Miniproblemen (Fernseherfernbedienung und verkalkter Duschkopf) hat sich Herr Beck sofort selbst gekümmert. Ein dickes „Dankeschön“ dafür nochmal auf diesem Weg ! Eine für zwei Personen sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Auch der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter ist positiv zu bewerten. Günstige Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und auch zum Zentrum von Zingst. Günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren in alle Richtungen. Fahrradvermietung und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.

Der Eigenrümer der Wohnungen wohnt auf dem selben Grundstück. Er und seine Frau waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben . Eine familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre .
