Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Chalet JT10 . Es war schön sauber geräumig und die Betten waren sehr gut . Das Chalet ist schön ruhig gelegen und der Park im ganzen schön sauber und gepflegt. An der Rezeption sehr nettes Peronal . Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal dort und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Familie Gillessen

Unser Aufenthalt begann direkt mit erheblichem Ärger: Obwohl wir laut Rechnung alle Kosten vollständig bezahlt hatten, wurden wir bei der Anreise an der Rezeption aufgefordert, zusätzlich 90 zu zahlen. Diese verpflichtenden Zusatzkosten waren nicht Bestandteil der Rechnung und wurden im Buchungsprozess aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend klar kommuniziert, sondern lediglich am Ende der Beschreibung erwähnt. Eine transparente und eindeutige Darstellung sieht anders aus.Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass es in der Vergangenheit bereits wiederholt zu Unklarheiten in Bezug auf diese Zusatzkosten gekommen sei. Dieser Hinweis hat unseren Eindruck zusätzlich negativ verstärkt.Der Bungalow selbst blieb ebenfalls deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück, die durch die veröffentlichten Bilder entstanden sind. Äußerlich wirkte die Unterkunft stark abgewohnt, und die Terrasse war sichtbar vernachlässigt. Die vorhandenen Polster waren verschmutzt und feucht.Im Innenbereich fiel sofort ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Mehrere aufgestellte Luftentfeuchter deuteten auf bestehende Feuchtigkeitsprobleme hin. Insbesondere in den Badezimmern war der Geruch sehr intensiv und aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel.Auch die Sauberkeit war unzureichend: Es fanden sich zahlreiche Spinnenweben und Insekten im gesamten Bungalow (siehe Bilder).Insgesamt hatten wir weder den Eindruck einer gepflegten Unterkunft noch einer transparenten und kundenorientierten Abwicklung

Schöner entspannter Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in dem Charlet war sehr schön tolle ruhige Lage in einem schönen Park. Im Charlet ist alles was man braucht. Einzig schade war das der Fernseher von den Vormietern beschädigt wurde und in unserer Zeit ( 5 Tage) nicht ersetzt wurde. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
