We are located in the newly-built, prestigious Orange Tree community of Orlando, eight miles from the Disney Parks and ideally situated for the many first class golf courses and other attractions that Orlando has to offer. The Orange Tree community nestles in an area of beautiful orange groves and offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and children's play areas, which are all located within a short walking distance from the house. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away.

Our recently built villa backs onto a conservation area of fragrant pine trees and is not overlooked at the rear by any other properties. The fantastic layout of this villa allows the majority of the rooms to open out onto the fully screened, large, pool deck which has a removable child protection fence around the optionally heated pool and spa (recommended October to March). The pool deck is fitted with lighted ceiling fans, for those balmy evenings, sun loungers and table and chairs.

We have invested in an extension to the pool deck to ensure all day sunshine and a spa so that our guests can enjoy the ultimate luxury whilst relaxing in the sun.

As you enter the house, to the left is the FORMAL DINING AREA, which looks out on to the front of the villa. The first living room comprises a sofa bed, another two-seater sofa, armchair, and coffee table and looks over the pool through a side window.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all modern facilities. To the side of the kitchen is the utility room with washing and drying facilities (which also leads into the garage).

The NOOK has a smaller dining table and chairs. With the double doors opening on to the pool, this is an idyllic area for breakfast and lunch, an awesome start to the day. All patio doors are child alarmed for safety.

THE FAMILY ROOM is fully carpeted and equipped with 50-inch LED TV, DVD player, and a CD/radio. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort and another set of double doors which lead out onto the patio and pool.

THE FIRST MASTER BEDROOM has a large US king size bed with Luxurious pillow top mattress, two night stands, a clock radio, and a 32 inch LED TV. There are double patio doors which lead out onto the covered porch overlooking the pool. There is a beautiful view over the pine trees, what a sight to wake up to. There is a walk-in closet, which leads you through to the en suite bathroom, which has a fantastic extra-large shower, his-and-hers vanity units, Roman tub, and separate toilet cubicle.

THE SECOND MASTER BEDROOM has a luxury pillow top US queen mattress,clock radio, LED cable TV, walk-in closet, and a fantastic view over the pine trees.It has recently been remodeled in a contemporary style with coordinating fabrics. The en suite shower room with vanity unit has a door which opens out on to the pool deck.

THERE ARE TWO FURTHER BEDROOMS, with Twin beds, one is a custom themed 'MICKEY' bedroom with unique mural. These two rooms have large walk-in closets, LED cable TV's and share an adjacent bathroom.

We are also close to the National training center in Clermont.
Optional- Pool and spa heat is charged at $40 per nights stay, or Spa heat only is charged at $22 per nights stay.
