This approximately 55-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a beautiful view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. It is bright, welcoming, and decorated in a nautical style, offering plenty of space for 2 people; free Wi-Fi is also available.

The large living room is divided into a dining area and a couch area and features an additional workspace. The balcony furniture fits into a small alcove.
There is also ample closet space available for your personal belongings. For your entertainment, you’ll find a 42-inch HD flat-screen TV, a DVD/CD player, and a stereo system. In front of the living room is a beautiful balcony equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and a sunshade. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and a direct view of the spa park with its evening light show.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m) for 2 people. The slatted bed frame can be electrically adjusted to the desired height using a remote control. This also allows you to watch all TV channels and DVDs comfortably on the second TV set. There is also a large closet for your clothing. The newly installed vinyl laminate flooring is particularly suitable for people with allergies. With the window open, you can hear the sound of the sea at night.

The modern built-in kitchen features a microwave, an oven with a broiler, a 4-burner stove with a ceramic cooktop, a new dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a coffee maker, and many other extras.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The shower is spacious and has a walk-in design; this room also receives natural light through a window.
In the hallway, there is additional storage space in a dresser and a large closet where you’ll also find a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.

Apartment 38 comes with a numbered parking space, as well as indoor and outdoor storage areas for your bicycles.
For a fee, you can use the laundry room with a dryer. The room is located in the basement of the adjacent building; turn right as you exit the front door.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made 59 to 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
