Welcome to our vacation rental at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland!

Birgit, Roman, and our daughter Nina look forward to your visit. We’re always happy to offer advice and assistance.

Pets are welcome in our vacation rental by prior arrangement. Additional fees may apply. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. A parking space in front of the house is available for our guests.



Pegnitz Vacation Rental:

The vacation rental is located on the first floor of our two-family home and measures 85 square meters. It features a spacious living room, bedroom, children’s room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a cabinet, a cozy sitting area, and a TV. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided free of charge. A portable air conditioner is also available.

The spacious kitchen features a dining area, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, oven with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave. Dishes, silverware, and dish towels are also provided.

The bedroom, which features a double bed (180x200), is also furnished with a wardrobe. The children’s room includes a dresser for clothing and sleeping accommodations for two children (or three, if necessary).

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer is provided. Hand towels and bath towels are provided.

The vacation rental is complemented by a west-facing balcony that gets plenty of afternoon sun.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
