Enjoy wonderful days at the “SeenParadies” vacation home. Nestled in the heart of a nature reserve, this dream vacation home is the perfect place to unwind. With 140 m² of living space, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.


This cozy, well-appointed vacation home was planned and designed with great attention to detail. Plenty of space is guaranteed here! The heart of the home is the light-filled living room with an adjoining dining area, perfect for spending time together. Enjoy the view from the living room sofa through the large panoramic window, looking out over the lake toward the mountain range. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, offers all the amenities you’ll need for your vacation. “SeenParadies” offers a variety of dining areas: whether it’s the terrace, the covered terrace with a large dining table by the front door, the spacious dining room, or the small dining table in the separate kitchen, coziness and togetherness are the order of the day here. Would you like to sleep on different floors? No problem—there are two bedrooms on each floor. The first floor features a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom equipped with two single beds and its own sink. The first floor is completed by a large bathroom, which includes a bathtub, shower, double sink, and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms with double beds. This floor also features a small bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small kitchen.


Lake Stettner, Lake Langbürgner, or Lake Chiemsee—all are just a few minutes away—a true lake paradise.


Bicycles are welcome in the bike garage, and parking spaces are available in front of the property for the duration of your stay. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. This is a non-smoking property.
The linens package (bed linens, towels—1 regular towel and 1 shower towel per person—bath mats, and dish towels) is provided free of charge.
A wallbox for electric cars is available on the property for a fee (please contact us regarding this before arrival).


Up to two dogs are welcome—a fee of 15 euros per night per dog applies. However, we would like to point out that the property is not fenced in and is surrounded by cow pastures. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that dogs must be kept on a leash outdoors; this also applies to all trails within the nature reserve. Dogs are strictly prohibited at Stettner Lake.
