Vermieter war nicht da

Drei Tage vor der Reise erhielt ich eine Mail, dass der Check in ab 16 Uhr ginge. Leider war der Vermieter am Reisetag um 16 Uhr nicht bei der Unterkunft und es wurde auch kein Schlüssel code hinterlegt. Telefonisch konnte ich keinen erreichen. 18 Uhr war immernoch keiner da und wir standen mit 5 Kindern dort. Nach einem Anruf bei fewo-direkt wurde die Unterkunft storniert, weil auch sie den Vermieter nicht erreichen konnten. Wir sollten uns dann ein Hotel suchen. Das war natürlich alles kein Spaß und abends kam dann vom Vermieter nur eine Email "Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Haben Sie schon was anderes gefunden oder haben Sie noch Interesse? " Kein Wort der Entschuldung oder einer Entschädigung. Wir hatten immerhin die Anreise schon bezahlt und mussten dann ein Hotel nehmen, das pro Nacht mehr gekostet hat. Wir sind dann hab eine Nacht wieder nach Hause gefahren. Wir können diese Unterkunft daher definitiv nicht empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit fewo direkt hat aber super funktioniert und es wurde uns schnell geholfen.

Diese Dame hat am Buchungstag um 14 Uhr gebucht. Um 14:05 bekam ich eine Nachricht, man würde vor der Tür stehen. Unser Check-In ist 16 Uhr frühestens. Bei Buchungen am gleichen Tag erbitte ich mir eine Reaktionszeit von mindestens 8 Stunden, ich denke das ist normal. Die Reaktion der Dame ist eine Unverschämtheit. Ich denke jeder normale Mensch kann das nachvollziehen. Tatsächlich war ich zurück zuhause um 16:40 und sah dann die Buchungsanfrage. Die Dame war aber bereits wieder abgereist. Auf meine Frage ob Sie wieterhin Interesse hat, habe ich keine Nachricht erhalten. Wenn es so dringend ist und man sich kein Hotel leidten möchte, dann sollte man nicht erst am Tag der Anreise, 2 Stunden vor Check-in buchen.

Villa Rosenau in Hanau

In der FW waren bei Ankunft 12 Grad; im Treppenhaus konnte der Lichtschalter nicht betätigt werden (zugeklebt). In dem Hausprospekt waren fast ausschließlich "Verbote" vermerkt, aber ein Muss: im Haus Hausschuhe tragen. Die Räume waren nicht wirklich sauber, in einem Badezimmer war Schimmel in der Dusche; in der Geschirrspülmaschine stand noch Geschirr (gespült) vom "Vorgänger"; in der Kaffeemaschine war noch der benutzte, nasse Filter, der Wasserkocher verkalkt, der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon war nicht geleert; TV war ohne SAT-Anschluss.
