Located in Cléguérec, just 15 minutes from Guerlédan, the Atypical Loft in a former stable offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 200 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 4 children. Enjoy your own private garden for relaxation.



You’ll also have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a covered terrace and a barbecue. A spa is available for your well-being, making this an ideal place for a relaxing stay.



Use of the jacuzzi is arranged on-site with the owner and is subject to an extra charge. For weekly bookings, one jacuzzi session is included. The jacuzzi is accessible in groups of two (2 adults at a time).



Parties are not allowed. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.



One parking space is available on the property.



Two pets are allowed: dogs welcome, cats not permitted.



Smoking is prohibited. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the premises. There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Waste sorting instructions are provided on site.



We ask guests to leave the accommodation as clean as they found it. A cleaning fee may be requested on site if necessary.
