Amazing location but need for renovation

great location. great view. very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. the house itself, however, is lacking some attention to detail. it's the sum of small things. the windows for the amazing view have not been cleaned for too long, the toilet seat is falling off, the showerhead as well and the cleaning after the previous guests was sloppy at best (there were two socks under the bed covered in dust and cobwebs) and the walls on the outside are screaming for new paint and a thorough cleaning
