The spacious living room is directly connected to the stone terrace overlooking the nearby vineyards and the crystal-clear sea. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a comfortable dining area for all the guests. The beautiful, 1200m2 large garden features there is an exquisite large pool (66m2) which makes the villa suitable for holidaying during both the pre-and post-season. Adding to the luxurious feel of the place, there is an outdoor jacuzzi where the guests can relax in complete privacy. Both the indoor and outdoor space are covered with free Wi-Fi for unobstructed internet surfing. Just a 5-minute drive away lies the beautiful medieval town of Motovun, famous for its beauty, rich gastronomic and tourist offer as well as the film festival held every year in July.



Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
