The luxury villa Alanis is located in the small town of Mimice, just 20 kilometres from the town of Omi. Every year Omi is visited by many tourists looking for relaxation and a luxurious holiday. Villa Alanis is special in many ways and what sets it apart from all others is its incredible maximum accommodation capacity of up to 16 people and its beautiful indoor pool! Furthermore, it was built in 2023 and the optimal number of people is 16. Guests are comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms: 6 double beds (200 x 205) and 4 single beds. The rooms also have a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the unspoilt nature and the sea. The villa also has 8 en-suite bathrooms with showers. Of the 8 bedrooms mentioned, 6 rooms together with a bathroom have 40 m2 and the remaining 2 bedrooms have 30 m2, each with a bathroom. This modern villa is ideal for a larger group of guests looking for 800 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1100 m2. The nearest pebble beach is 20 metres from the villa and there are restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Another special feature of the villa is that you can enjoy the sea view from all rooms. A luxurious atmosphere and the opportunity to relax body and soul are offered by the sauna, wellness room and fitness room, where you will feel like a king! On the ground floor there is a living room furnished to the highest standard: beautiful corner furniture, 3 stools, a coffee table and a TV where you can watch your favourite films and series with your family and friends. Of course, there is also a spacious dining room with a table for 18 people and 2 wine fridges next to it. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including two bars and three bar stools. At Villa Alanis, you can choose whether you want to swim in the outdoor or indoor pool. The indoor pool is located in a separate room, next to which there is a seating and lounging sofa for relaxing and reading books. On the outdoor terrace with sea views, you can refresh yourself in the heated pool of 96 m2 with a depth of 1.4 metres. On the sunbathing area next to the pool there are 12 sun loungers, garden furniture for sitting and drinking your morning coffee, as well as two parasols and two outdoor showers. On the covered part of the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table, a small summer kitchen and an electric barbecue. Villa Alanis has additional facilities that will be of great use to you during your stay, namely a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron, and there is also 1 separate toilet. The villa also has underfloor heating/cooling and if children are coming on holiday, there is a feeding trough and a cot. There is a sofa bed in 6 of the bedrooms, which serves as an additional sleeping option. Animal lovers will be thrilled and delighted that 1 pet is allowed in this villa. The villa has up to 15 parking spaces in the fenced yard and also has a charging station for an electric car. Enjoy the excellent gastronomic offer of traditional Dalmatian dishes, taste delicious drops of wine and relax in the sun. Drive to the town of Omi or Split, take a walk along the Split coast and visit historical sites that are visited by a large number of tourists every year. There is also Makarska, which is very similar to ibenik or Trogir, and the interesting sights of the old town are squares and buildings from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. One of the most beautiful places in Makarska is St Mark's Square. There is also the waterfront promenade where you can stroll and visit various cafés and restaurants as well as the town museum. It is also worth visiting the town of Brela, which has a 6 km long pebble beach and landscaped promenades and is the perfect destination for a quiet family holiday. Mount Biokovo is located above Brela and from its highest peak (St Jure) you have a spectacular view of the entire Makarska Riviera.
