Villa Providenca is located on the beachfront in Podstrana village, between the famous town Split (8 km to the center) and small-town Omiš and Cetina river (15 km) where besides nature’s abundance, comfortable accommodation and very friendly hosts, you can also experience a range of activities that can be arranged. It is located on a 1.276 sqm private plot with 507 sqm of living space spread over three levels and connected with the internal staircase. The nearest restaurant is next door and a minimarket is within walking distance, and a supermarket and more restaurants are within 1km from the property.
Beachfront Villa Providenca is fully air-conditioned, free WiFi, and can accommodate a max of 14 people. There is a spacious secured private parking lot for 8 cars and a garage space for one. The video surveillance covers the main entrance and the outdoors of the whole property.
Here is a detailed description of what is offered exclusively for you:

*The outdoors offers a private 54m2 heated swimming pool (12m x 4,5m) a sun deck area with 14 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, parasols, and a summer kitchen with covered dining area. There is also a spa zone (22sqm) on the east side of the house, overlooking the pool, and offers a hot tub (a Whirlpool), a Finnish sauna, and a shower.

*The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a spacious and stylish dining and living area with sea views, and an exit toward the pool area. There is a Gym area (22 sqm) with a treadmill, exercise bike, a bench, and some weights and pilates equipment. There is also a Media Room (13,2sqm) with a sofa and a PlayStation 5. There is an outdoor table tennis for some additional fun. There is a separate toilet. at the ground floor too.

*The first floor offers 4 bedrooms:
