Villa Verde is well built within the local environment, both with its exterior and interior design, while being respectful of all the rules of contemporary construction. On the first floor, guests will find the kitchen designed in white and sandy shades. Every food-lover will appreciate the charms of Istrian cuisine and healthy foods bought in the surrounding area and prepared in this well-equipped kitchen. The spacious dining room on the first floor is complemented by a living room decorated in bright shades, with a calming note. The first floor of the house is fully adapted for disabled use.

The villa has five comfortable bedrooms furnished for a relaxing holiday. Through the window, you can enjoy view of the soothing nature of the surrounding area. The bathrooms are equipped with walk - in showers and double sinks.



With a covered, outdoor barbecue which can be optionally used during the bad weather, there is an additional toilet. A special convenience of this house is the jacuzzi near the pool. The pool can be especially used during the warm summer months as a quick refreshment and fun for the youngest. A swing is also available.



Visit St. Lovrec and learn about small Roman and Gothic churches. Along with the fragrant fields of lavender, this small town offers several attractive sites, such as findings of the oldest frescoes in Istria. They are from the 11th century, and you will find them when visiting St. Martin's Basilica. Visit Istria, stay in a comfortable villa and start your holiday exploring the surrounding area.
