Villa Hill is located in Maslenica, 30 km from the historic city of Zadar. Located 600 metres from the sea, this comfortable villa will allow you the perfect dream holiday, whether you are coming with your family or a group of dearest friends. Get away from the hectic everyday life and allow yourself a peaceful and happy holiday!



The villa was built in 2022 in a modern style of construction, guests have at their disposal 260 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 622 m2. The villa consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, and it can accommodate a maximum of 9 and optimally 8 people.



On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV, and you can also use a coffee table with a coffee machine and a wine fridge. Right next to the couch is a billiard, an Orbitrek for exercise, and for the youngest, there is a PlayStation. Also on the ground floor is a modern kitchen with a bar that is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats.



You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, 3 of which are located on the upper floor and have double beds (180x200), and one is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds (90x200) that can be connected in marital. The villa has a sea view from all rooms, and on the upper floor, there is a spacious balcony with sitting furniture.



On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool of 34 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 8 deck chairs, and the facilities you will find on the terrace are an outdoor charcoal or wood grill and an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, perfect for evening gatherings.



Additional amenities at Villa Hill include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and you can also use a separate toilet, feeder, and baby cot. The sofa in the living room serves as an extra bed for another person.



The yard of the villa is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces, and outside the yard, there are 3 more.



In the vicinity of Maslenica there are many interesting places with summer entertainment. For example, on the nearby island of Pag, in addition to an interesting landscape and historical monuments, you will find one of the most famous party beaches in Croatia - Zrce, known as the Croatian Ibiza.



For all those who enjoy more romantic walks and exploring historical antiquities, nearby is the royal town of Nin, whose streets still bear a trace of some past times. Do not miss to visit the church of St. Cross, the smallest cathedral in the world that is specific in its architecture in harmony with the natural rhythm of the seasons.
