Our bright, 60-square-meter vacation rental, furnished in a country house style, is located on the upper floor and can accommodate 1–5 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and radio, invites you to relax. The cozy dining area and the fully equipped kitchen—featuring an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, and all necessary dishes and pots—leave nothing to be desired. The vacation rental has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, large mirror, and hair dryer, rounds out the overall experience. Bedding and towels are provided and included in the price. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space next to the house free of charge. The spacious garden with a sun terrace is perfect for relaxing. A small outdoor pool and barbecue facilities are available. There is a playground with a sandbox and a petting zoo. In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, biking, or visit one of the many attractions. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed for a fee (EUR 8 per night/pet). A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of EUR 2.60 per person (ages 15 and older) per night will be charged separately on-site. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is charged at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
