The nearest beach access point is just 550 m away. Shops, restaurants, a bakery, and the weekly market are all within easy walking distance. <br><br>Amenities<br>Completely renovated in 2023, this ground-floor apartment measures 20 square meters and is suitable for up to 2 adults. It features a dining area, a sleeper sofa with a floor lamp—which you can pull out for sleeping and use as a sofa during the day—and a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop, a microwave with oven function, and a refrigerator. The modern shower room rounds out the space.<br>You can comfortably wind down the day on the sheltered terrace (west-facing). Please note that the terrace is shared with a second vacation rental. <br><br>Special Features<br>Up to two pets are welcome in our non-smoking apartment. We are happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). <br><br>An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this reservation and is already part of the total price.<br>Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.
