Comfortable and peaceful

We had a really pleasant stay. The house was roomy enough for the six of us and well equipped, including everything for keeping toddlers safe and secure. It is a little bit out of the centre, so it was quiet, but the beach and the bakers were in reach easily on foot.

Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Ausreichend geräumige Zimmer für 4-6 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist solide und alles ist in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden. Das Haus steht in sehr ruhiger Lage und angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Alle wichtigen Punkte in Norddeich sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Im Urlaub vor Ort war soweit alles in Ordnung. Nach unserem Urlaub allerdings wollte uns Hr. Kuhlmann auf einmal unsere Kaution nicht zurück zahlen. Plötzlich wurde behauptet wir hätten nie eine Kaution geleistet. Sogar nachdem wir ihm seine Mail mit Aufforderung einer Kautionsleistung geschickt haben. Es kam eine Auflistung der Kosten für die Wohnung die sich nicht mit unserer Buchungsbestätigung deckte. In einem Telefonat wurden dann auf einen fehlenden Kurbeitrag hingewiesen. Auf Nachfrage bei Schlüsselübergabe hatte Hr. Kuhlmann hingewiesen das alle alle Kosten beglichen sind. Daraufhin riefen wir Hr. Kuhlmann an, da auch wenn der Kurbeitrag fehlte die Beträge nicht übereinstimmten. Nach dem Telefonat bekamen wir nochmal eine Auflistung der Beträge die jetzt auch wieder komplett anders waren. Wobei auf einmal wieder das Wort Kaution auftauchte. Hr. Kuhlmann hat zugesehen das er auf jeden noch einen großen Teil seines Provisionsausgleiches bekommt. Der lag bei seiner ersten Kostenauflistung bei 179,77€, bei der letzten Auflistung bei 143,30€. Das ist eine Art Geschäfte zu machen die sich nicht mit unserer deckt. Wir haben nur einen Teil unserer Kaution zurückbekommen! Das war das erste und das letzte mal das wir über FeWo Kuhlmann gebucht haben. Jetzt dürfen sie gerne wieder sarkastisch antworten Hr. Kuhlmann so wie sie es bei jeder schlechten Bewertung tun, anstatt ihr Handeln zu überdenken.

Die Lage ist wirklich genial. In weniger als 10 Min ist man am Meer! Hinter dem Haus ist ein feine..

Die Lage ist wirklich genial. In weniger als 10 Min ist man am Meer! Hinter dem Haus ist ein feiner kleiner Spielplatz, der Dank des Gartenzugangs in 3 Min zu erreichen ist. Abstellhäuschen im Garten ist zum Parken der Räder und Kinderwagen gut. Grundausstattung der Küche ist da, nur Verbrauchsmaterial ist mitzubringen! Ansonsten sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Norden hervorragend zu erreichen. Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, da alles in Norddeich zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
