Fantastic vacation home with a sauna in Greetsiel

Holiday home in the fishing village of Greetsiel, in the Neu Hauen area, located right near the entrance to Greetsiel.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people and features 2 bathrooms, a fantastic sauna, a wallbox for charging electric cars, a huge carport—all surrounded by a beautiful garden.

The house is furnished in a modern country style, complemented by maritime elements that make it feel like a cosy second home.

To help you feel right at home, there are all kinds of games and books for all ages available in the house.

We provide our guests with travel cots with mattresses and high chairs (up to 2 of each) free of charge.

Bedding and sheets for the cot can be rented for a cleaning fee of €10.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all other beds.

Duvet covers can be booked for €10 per bed, including bed-making service.

Please note that if you bring your own bedding, you will need fitted sheets measuring 180 x 210 cm and duvet covers measuring 155 x 220 cm to make up the double beds.

Towels are available for rent:

Towel Package I: Two hand towels and one bath towel
Towel Package II: Two sauna towels

Each towel package costs €6.00.

The kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a dish sponge, dishcloths, towels, and a few dishwasher tablets—all provided free of charge for our guests.

In addition to a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, as well as a large selection of dishes, silverware, and glasses, you’ll also find baking utensils, a blender, an immersion blender, a waffle iron, and a raclette set with a hot stone.

If you don’t feel like cooking (every day) while on holiday, you’ll find a restaurant to suit every taste in Greetsiel or can stop by nearby Pilsum.

In the annex, we’ve set up a recreation room with foosball, pool, and darts.

The covered patio is furnished to seat 8 people.

There are two sun loungers, one umbrella, and a large WEBER kettle grill available.

A hotel safe is available in the built-in closet on the ground floor for our guests to securely store their valuables.

Families with children under 18 receive a special rate during school holiday periods when booking directly through our website. We’d be happy to provide you with a personalised quote.

Fees for bed linens and towels must be paid before arrival.

The visitor’s tax will also be billed to you in advance. You’ll receive the guest cards to download to your smartphone before arrival.

The rental price covers up to 6 people; each additional person pays a fee of 15 € per night.
