Welcome to the Mupfel Vacation Home! This bright, cozy semi-detached house is the perfect place to relax during your vacation. It’s located on a quiet side street, about a 5-minute walk from the town center. Come on in! The hallway leads you into the bright living and dining area. The living area features a cozy leather couch and two armchairs. With a flat-screen TV and a compact stereo system, you can enjoy relaxing hours here. The fireplace also invites you to spend quiet, cozy evenings. From here, you can step out onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the sea air and let the fresh breeze blow around your nose. Up to 6 people can gather around the large dining table to enjoy dinner, chat, host game nights, and more. From here, you have a direct view of the garden. Adjacent to the living area is the separate kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and a wide range of appliances (e.g., coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle). A phone jack with free access to the German landline network is located in the hallway. Wi-Fi is also available. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with twin beds. A crib, a high chair, and a changing table are available for the little ones. From here, you can also access the bright shower room. Through the second bedroom, you’ll reach the bedroom in the attic, which also has two single beds. Here you’ll find a recliner and a flat-screen TV—pure relaxation. All windows are equipped with exterior roller shades! A washing machine, ironing board and iron, and an outdoor clothesline are available for laundry. Storage spaces are available both indoors and outdoors. The house comes with its own parking space on the grounds of the condominium complex.

Since the vacation home spans three floors and accommodates up to 6 people, it’s not just suitable for larger families. The bedroom in the gable end is a major plus—a wonderful place to retreat to.

Note regarding linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
