This comfortable accommodation, completely renovated in 2023, is located on the 2nd floor of an elegant manor house in the heart of Coutances, but still in a quiet location. The spacious apartment will delight you with its charm and 1950s-style loft ambience. The garden is common to all apartments in the villa. You can make full use of this large area for various games or just chilling out. A Korean grill is also available for guests' use. Coutances, located just 10 minutes' drive from the coast and very beautiful beaches, is an ideal place to stay in the Cotentin region all year round. The small town is known for its numerous concerts, festivals, markets, theater performances, orchestra performances, festive evenings, trade fairs, ... Worth seeing are the Gothic Notre Dame Cathedral, the city's landmark, and the historic center, which has a real charm with its cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and picturesque squares.
